Ancestral healing is so deeply needed during these times of great change on the planet. The challenges and chaos we see in our personal lives and worldwide originate from ancestral burdens and intergenerational trauma that were anchored into the our human experience long ago in different, very personal ways. Each of us has our own unique ancestral blueprint. Transforming the limiting and unbalanced energies that were passed down to us through this blueprint creates a ripple effect of healing and upliftment in our own lives, throughout our lineage, and through the entire human collective. This is the healing that we all so deeply need.

This course will cover the basics of the energetic ancestral blueprint and offer a greater understanding of what this blueprint is, how it affects us, and steps we can take to begin healing and growing by working with our ancestral blueprint. This is an informational course and is a prerequisite to many of the other courses offered through this website as it covers the concepts and terminology used in other courses where more in-depth learning and healing exercises are offered.
